The cabin is built on pillars with over 50' of water frontage mere feet from your door. Heat is supplied by a wall LP unit, and AC is supplied via 3 window ac units if the breeze off the lake needs some cooling assistance. Located near the end of a private road, there is very little traffic. The condo association does not charge regular dues, and only charges necessary fees to cover maintenance of the road. There is a common boat landing and a common park-like area. The condo association does carry a 15 day right of first refusal.
